The Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee has given the green light to a deal under which Ola Fine, headed by Maksym Krippa, will acquire the right to own shares in Parus Holding.

Ola Fine operates through the ARS Capital investment fund. According to YouControl, Vadym Stolar managed 80% of Parus Holding through the Genesis fund, and his ex-wife, Inna Maistruk, owned 20% through Stream Investment.

The central asset of Parus Holding is the Parus business center, which occupies a strategic location in Kyiv with 33 floors and 70 thousand square meters of space, becoming one of the capital’s landmarks. The new owner of Parus will be investor Maksym Krippa, who has successfully passed the AMCU’s inspection.

Parus has 33 floors and a typical floor height of 3.9 meters. The building has 10 elevators that provide quick access to all levels. There are 380 parking spaces for cars. The total usable area is 75,000 square meters, and the building area is 0.31 hectares. The volume of the building reaches 300,676 cubic meters. The project cost is estimated at USD 100 million.
